• Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation
• Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc. incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced major circumstances during the tour
• Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency
• Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary
• To and fro Air fare, Airport transfers, visa fees to join/leave the group and Airport snack hamper for joining and leaving guests
• Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column
• Scattered arrival and departure transfer & Sightseeing
• Early check-in and late checkout are on request basis only and subject to room availability [Standard International Check – in time is 1500 hrs and Check out time is 1100 hrs. (**Subject to change as per Hotel’s policy)]
• Cost of foreign exchange for personal expenses
• Expenses of personal nature, mini bar in the room, laundry, telephone bills, tips, gratuities etc.
• Tips & Porterage for Local driver & guide
• Surcharges applicable during Conventions, Special Events and Trade fairs
• Cost of any other services not specifically mentioned in inclusions
• Any increase in the cost that may come into force prior to the departure date including change in price owing to fluctuation in the rate of exchange

• Initial deposit – INR 40,000/- per person to confirm you’re booking with us.
• 50% of the Total payment to be made before 20 days of the departure.
• 100% payment to be made at least 15 days before departure (on or before the time limit of Reconfirmation of booking. Dollar portion payment to be made as per the prevailing exchange rate on the day of payment.)
• Rooms & Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.

If you want to cancel your tour booking for any reason, you must intimate in writing to the Company and deliver it to the concerned officer you are dealing with at the sales outlet where you booked and obtain an acknowledgment. The letter must clearly mention the names of all passengers who want their bookings to be cancelled. The computation of the period of notice of cancellation shall commence only from the time the written request reached the Company at its sales office during working hours. In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charges would apply:

Booking amount will be applicable for Cancellations of files on undecided departure date.
